Politique de remboursement
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns that means you ordered a product from us. Which means you are part of our Survival Brigade and we owe you a heartfelt “thank you!” As we have learned from our time in the Military, we are a family, and families stick together. We know that when providing products to sell, there are sometimes unforeseen hiccups that happen, but that does not mean you should be left with a product that is not up to our standards, or yours. That being said, here are some things you will want to know:
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
- Due to the specifics of shipping partnerships, if the product has shipped already, you will need to wait until you receive it to send it back. (We will cover the cost of the return shipping)
- If your item is damaged or defective in any way, you have two options: a) to return it for a full refund (with the exception of coffee) or b) we will ship a new order out to you at no cost.
- As noted above, due to health code policies, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee. We will still provide you with a full refund however.
100-Day Guarantee: We stand behind our products 100%. We also know that there are sometimes errors in manufacturing that create occasional defective merchandise. That said, if you receive a product from us that is not damaged in any way but does not meet your level of expectations or performance, you can return it at any time within the first 100 days after your receipt, no questions asked. After 100 days, returns will be prorated based on the time of ownership and use.
